Summary:

Caregivers provide non-medical, in-home assistance to clients who need help with everyday activities, including, but not limited to:

  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Driving clients to/from appointments, shopping, etc
  • Providing engaging activities/companionship
  • Errand services
  • Hygiene management
  • Medication reminders
  • Ambulation assistance

Work Location:

May cover one or more of the following areas: Santa Clara County, San Benito County, Santa Cruz County, Monterey County (please specify preference when applying).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Age 18 or over
  • Must pass a criminal and DMV background check
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Health screening
  • Negative TB test
  • Ability to lift 20 plus pounds unassisted and push 40 pounds unassisted
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto liability insurance and reliable vehicle
  • Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST
  • Demonstrate tact and patience
Work Environment:

Indoors, in office and travel to/from client homes.
